Filmmaker Frederic Vignale followed Sonya and her band to the set of "Des Mots de Minuit" a popular late night French talk show, as they prepared to tape their guest appearance. The use of black and white film and Sonya's "Not a whole lot to Say" for soundtrack adds a stark and ethereal quality as we go behind the scenes and view "a day in the life" of Sonya Heller.
